## Interaction model

The readiness rules run in the visitor's page and do not submit answer selections. Ordinary page analytics may record the visit, but the scan does not send selected answers to analytics or to an EIN.LLC server. Beta services begin through a scoped email conversation. The existing formation checkout is separate and does not sell agent services.

Do not send full EINs, identity documents, private keys, seed phrases, reusable payment credentials, balances, or confidential authority terms through a public URL or email link.

## Authority and provider boundaries

An agent is recorded as a business system operated for an accountable organization. A natural person remains the controller and IRS responsible party where current rules require one. EIN.LLC does not grant transaction authority, hold funds, custody keys, sign for the customer, or guarantee provider eligibility or approval.

Service names are not government credentials, licenses, legal opinions, or independent certifications. Compatibility language does not imply provider or protocol endorsement.
