Agent service pricing

Start with the missing dependency.

The self-serve readiness scan is free. Formation remains $399 + state fee. Every other range is a beta pricing hypothesis and begins with a written scope before any commitment.

Nine services

Fee boundaries

Know who charges what

  • EIN.LLC fees cover the service work named in the scope.
  • Government fees include state filing and other official charges.
  • Provider fees come from banks, payment providers, wallets, or marketplaces.
  • Partner fees cover separately scoped legal or technical delivery.
  • Pass-through costs are itemized rather than hidden inside a service price.

Recurring services

Opt in, then cancel separately

Managed Agent Trust never starts by default. Any recurring plan states its term, cadence, included checks, fee, renewal behavior, and cancellation path. Ending a recurring plan does not change ownership of the records already delivered to the customer.

Beta work starts with a reviewed written scope

The existing formation checkout remains unchanged. Beta services use an assessment or application until service-specific pricing, order metadata, fulfillment, refund, and support behavior are implemented end to end.
