Two choices. Formation stays unchanged.
The agent branch does not sell nine equal checkouts. Scan first. If the scan supports a launch, one written scope names the modules, exclusions, and pass-through fees.

Know who charges what
- EIN.LLC fees cover the service work named in the scope.
- Government fees include state filing and other official charges.
- Provider fees come from banks, payment providers, wallets, or marketplaces.
- Partner fees cover separately scoped legal or technical delivery.
- Pass-through costs are itemized rather than hidden inside a service price.
