Your information is used strictly for the purpose of forming your company, acting as your registered agent, applying for your EIN, and facilitating banking introductions. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

3. Data Storage and Security

Data is stored securely on Google Cloud (Firebase) infrastructure. Uploaded ID documents are encrypted at rest and accessible only by authorized personnel for the purpose of identity verification.

4. Your Rights

You may request the deletion of your personal data by contacting support. Note that some data must be retained for legal compliance related to corporate formation.
