1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using EIN.LLC, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Description of Service

EIN.LLC provides document filing services to assist international founders in forming US entities (LLCs) and obtaining Employer Identification Numbers (EINs). We are a filing service, NOT a law firm. We do not provide legal, financial, or tax advice.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the intake process. You are solely responsible for the legality of your company name and the nature of your business operations.

4. Payments and Refunds

Fees are paid upfront. Refunds are only issued if we have not yet submitted your documentation to the state authorities. Once state filing has occurred, fees are strictly non-refundable.
